Order Fulfillment

Zoyto utilizes a proprietary front-end system called Dynamic Order Management Engine (DOME) as its order entry and management system. This database driven system manages all of the order information that is received via an order entry. Order processing can take place via a ‘blended media’ approach encompassing call center, e-commerce portal, e-mail, fax, mail or via FTP/EDI.

Zoyto’s front-end system is seamlessly integrated into our warehouse management system (WMS). The WMS coordinates the fulfillment of an order. Once the order has been shipped, DOME is updated by the WMS with the necessary order & shipping information so that all data is centrally warehoused and accessible by our client’s via web enabled reporting. This gives our client’s the necessary reporting tools in order to forecast future product demand and business growth.

With our current processes and quality control procedures in place, Zoyto maintains an order fulfillment accuracy of 99.9%. Our systems were specifically designed to operate in a multi-client fulfillment environment and generally allow us to implement a new program within 4-6 weeks.
