DOME ™

Zoyto’s propietary system called Dynamic Order Management Environment - DOME™ - utilizes the newest technologies such as Microsoft’s .Net architecture. One of the many advantages of a .Net platform is that the suite is completely customizable and can be integrated with client owned systems. DOME’s ™ technology is template driven, permitting speed to market while retaining all the customizable features that are often associated with a custom designed platform. DOME’s ™ applications were specifically designed with the needs of the rapidly growing company in mind. These are conveniently packaged in a single system, offering all the necessary modules that drive your business success!

Since DOME ™ is modular by design, you can either take advantage of the entire platform or pick and choose the functionalities that address your immediate needs. Below you will find an overview of the DOME ™ platform. Of course additional modules can be added to the system on an as needed basis.

Marketing Module

DOME ™ consists of a marketing system that empowers your marketing department’s direct marketing efforts by simplifying their e-mail marketing campaigns by offering rich text e-mail based templates that are campaign specific. All e-mails have cookies embedded, allowing for trackability of the promotion.

Besides e-mail campaigns, DOME ™ can assist in your e-commerce efforts. Zoyto’s web designers will build an e-commerce site for you and host it on the DOME ™ platform. Zoyto’s web solutions are fully equipped with a content management tool.

Sales Management

The Sales Management module incorporates CRM tools that allow your sales managers to review the performance of their sales associates and therefore better forecast group sales performances. This is a popular sales tool. The application is versatile and allows your sales representatives to track leads generated during various sales channels (e.g. at hostess parties, event bookings, and web visitor tracking). The Sales Management application is also equipped with a query tool that identifies key customers that qualify for give aways, discounts and gift certificates.

Public Relations Management

The PR Management tool provides applications for the sales and marketing team to communicate with their target audience. The module is designed to launch and manage e-mail campaigns, host discussion boards, newsletters, white papers and case studies. This allows your organization to quickly distribute information throughout your organization as well as to your customers.

ZStore

DOME ™ also hosts the ZStore platform, an e-commerce module that allows you to create an online shopping center customized to meet your specific branding requirements. ZStore offers administrators full content management access, minimizing the costs associated with web content modifications by removing the dependency on IT personnel to make the necessary content changes. The content management module allows administrators to quickly add, change, or delete all text in the central navigation area. Furthermore the content management module is equipped with a directory that stores all files used on the ZStore platform.

All images are maintained in the image directory while documents can be stored in the document management application. Previous promotions are stored in the catalog directory and can be activated quickly by clicking on the ‘activate’ radio button. This gives the administrator the freedom to add, delete, or change product catalog items and maintain cross selling relations and or kit relationships. The system is also designed to permit the administrator to set-up a content ‘live’ date so the site can be pre-loaded with content and the product promotion can be activated once the campaign launches.

The system maintains all data pertaining to an order, allowing both a sales consultant as well as the customer to look up an order. The system also issues an RMA number used to process warranted returns and monitors warranty requests so that you can be notified at the earliest stage possible regarding a possible systemic production defect.

Reporting

The DOME ™ platform was designed with decision makers in mind, offering a comprehensive reporting portfolio that gives executive managers a quick and convenient means to review the company’s performance. Reports are accessible via username and password.

A long list of standard reports is available, highlighting the company's performance in areas of sales and marketing, customer service, operations, genealogy and accounting. Reports vary in scope; however, many of the reports provide a dashboard summary of the queried request. In those instances where you may require more information, a drill down functionality is built into the report, providing you with that freedom. DOME ™ is very flexible in gathering data and therefore any data that has been stored is available via standard or customized reporting.
