Zoyto implements systems and technologies that are designed by today’s security leaders. This ensures that our customers' data, their websites and our networks are as secure as possible. In order to remain on top of all security issues, Zoyto’s IT team regularly participates in Network Operations and Security seminars. Any insights and technological advancements that have been identified during these events are then implemented. This enhances our ability to maintain stringent network and software security measures that identify, and eliminate hacker, worm and virus enabling security vulnerabilities. Part of our policies is to conduct stress testing, vulnerability audits and penetration tests.

Over the years, our network operations have been audited by several ‘best in class’ technology leaders. Zoyto is proud to have passed HP’s stringent security processes. We are 'one of only three' fulfillment providers that actually passed HP's security audit, a prerequisite for becoming an approved HP supplier in the areas of web development and hosting. We have successfully secured networks and applications for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups as well as non-profit organizations.

Network & Connectivity

Zoyto's main Data Center is located at a state of the art collocation facility near downtown Houston. This facility provides Zoyto with redundant networking, power and fire suppression capabilities. The facility receives multiple Internet feeds from Level 3 Communications, Wiltel and AboveNet. Zoyto maintains two full height 42U enclosed cabinets which receive feeds from the facility's A and B networks. Zoyto uses Dell Poweredge 1U and 2U rack-mountable servers, each configured with hard disk RAID and dual power supplies. Zoyto also employs redundant Cisco Catalyst switches and dual WatchGuard Firebox firewalls and Load Balancers.

Data Center Security

The facility is manned 24x7 by security and technical staff. Authorized entry requires both a facility issued photo id badge and biometric measurement. During any site visit, validated personnel must accompany guests at all times. All equipment cabinets remain locked and the facility maintains the keys.

Data Backup / Disaster Recovery

Zoyto maintains its own backup systems utilizing a Dell PowerVault 122T LTO tape library and Veritas BackupExec. Backups are performed 7 days a week during non-peak hours. Tapes are rotated on a bi-weekly basis. Tapes out of rotation are kept offsite at a banking facility. Restoration of data can be performed from onsite tapes within 2 hours. Zoyto's main offices serve as a fall back site in case of a major disaster at the collocation facility. Plans are in the works to move this capability to a second location in Austin, Texas. This will allow for the fail over of systems in a matter of hours.

Managed Hosting

Zoyto gives our Managed Hosting clients multiple industry standard choices and configurations. Our dedicated solutions utilize Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition Operating Systems. Our Web Servers utilize IIS 6.0 that supports and utilizes ASP.NET Framework. Our Web Clusters consist of 4 Nodes + and utilize Application Center 2000 with Network Load Balancing capabilities, with scalability up to 32 Nodes. Our Database Systems consist of a 2 Node SQL Server Enterprise Cluster Solution utilizing Dell EMC Storage Technologies, which can scale up to 8 Node Servers.
