Zoyto’s proprietary system Dynamic Order Management Environment (DOME ™) acts as our order entry and management system. The system is database driven and manages all of the order information that is received via an order entry. Order processing can take place via a ‘blended media’ approach encompassing call center, e-commerce portal, e-mail, fax, mail or orders via FTP and EDI.

In addition, DOME ™ is integrated with our warehouse management system (WMS). The WMS coordinates the pick, pack, and ship of an order. Once the order has been shipped, DOME ™ is updated by the WMS with the necessary order & shipping information so that all data remains centralized and accessible for reporting purposes.

Orders are tracked through every stage of the process, and DOME ™ notifies appropriate departments with key transactional data such as order quantities, order rejections as well as order and ship confirmations. Zoyto’s Program Director as well as its Production Managers are notified of new orders via text messages that are displayed on their cell phones. This provides management with a “heads up” for any volume spikes, and an opportunity for “just in time” personnel scheduling.
