Reporting
Zoyto can accommodate any type of report that you require for
a program. Many of the reports we generate for our clients are
considered standard reports. Client access to the reporting tools
is program specific and accessible over the Web, via username
and password. For call center services, Zoyto provides its customers
access to the following standard reports: Calls Offered and Answered,
Average Call Length, Call Duration, Average Speed To Answer, Abandoned
Rates and Service Level Metrics. These reports are query driven
and you can generate the report by day or by month.
Additional reporting solutions are available for any service rendered
by Zoyto. Order Reports, for example, provide order details such
as ordering method, order summary and order shipping method. Finance
Reports provide you with information pertaining to billing, order
cancellations, credits & refunds, as well as tax reporting.
Inventory Reporting provides you with an operational overview
of inventory turn time, SKU usage, inventory transaction, minimum
and maximum inventory levels as well as back order and returns
levels.
Prior to your program being launched, Zoyto consults
with you to determine what additional reporting tools are crucial
to the success of the program. These custom built reports are
developed according to your specifications.
