Zoyto's Supply Chain Management system provides a focal point for
supplier and manufacturer shipments where product assembly, CD replication
and kitting can take place within our facilities. We realize that
excess inventory can significantly increase the cost of operations.
That is why Zoyto implements strict supply chain management procedures
and conducts demand forecast reports so that inventory levels are
sufficiently stocked and material obsolescence is minimized. Products
facing shorter life cycles are being assembled in a ‘build
on demand’ environment. Zoyto prepares a multitude of products
for delivery from pc monitors, consumer electronics, cosmetics,
nutritional supplements to printed material.
Products are being tracked throughout all phases of production.
All orders placed prior to 4:00 PM CST are processed the same day
at an order fulfillment accuracy of 99.9%. Program Managers
are driven to identify ways of improving inventory turnover and
reducing your overall operational costs. Zoyto manages the supply
chain for a variety of industries, including high tech, entertainment,
as well as retail and consumer goods.
