Kris Shenk

Kris Shenk – VP/CIO Information Technology. Kris recently joined the Zoyto team and is the newest member of the Executive Staff. While new to the team, she is no stranger to the Zoyto organization and their services having selected and worked with them as a preferred provider in a previous role.

Kris is an Information Technology and Operations professional with over 30 years of experience in highly service oriented and high volume transaction processing environments from Fortune 50 to start-ups and turn-around’s. Her focus includes architecture and design, business process outsourcing, establishment and execution of strategic technology roadmaps, advanced telecommunications systems and staff leadership and development.

She built her expertise beginning with her career at Time Warner Communications where she was Corporate Senior Director of Information Technology Projects. Kris successfully led an $8M PeopleSoft implementation that spanned 40 division offices and 18,000 employees. She also led the technology team engaged in architecting and launching RoadRunner, the first broadband high speed internet service in the Los Angeles market.

Kris was recruited to join a turnaround team at one of the most recognized and trusted brands in children’s learning products, Hooked on Phonics. As VP of IT and Operations, Kris built and led a team engaged in implementing full business process outsourcing improving company performance from a 10% loss to 8% profitability in less than 2 years.

Kris next joined Integrated Management Services (IMS), a boutique consulting firm specifically targeting Direct Selling organizations. As VP of IT and Operations, she was responsible for all aspects of client acquisition and management in the Technology and Supply Chain practices. In this capacity she worked as a strategic technology and operations advisor to several Direct Selling companies including Arbonne, Neway’s, Stampin’ Up, Dove Chocolate, At Home America as well as completed a 3 year engagement as contract CIO/COO for Cookie Lee.

Most recently at Rodan + Fields she was hired as VP of IT and Operations to turn around a failing IT function that was handicapping the organization. Kris led the effort of re-architecting and rebuilding all enterprise systems including ecommerce, commissions & genealogy, web sites and consultant back office. The systems replacement and stabilization contributed to 26% growth in sales and recruiting over the last 18 months.

Kris has formal training in Six Sigma methodologies and she holds a Masters degree and a BS in Computer Science and Engineering.

Kris is a native of Southern California where she lives with her husband Mike and her English Setter dog. In her spare time she likes to write SQL code, claiming it’s her version of relaxing with a crossword puzzle.
