The Program Manager will be the liaison between our
clients, Program Management, Marketing Management and/or
Account Management. Responsibilities include understanding
and documenting business requirements and translation
of those requirements into Program systems. Responsible
for the documentation of current and proposed business
processes and work on projects as assigned. Responsible
for managing client relationships and technical teams
that interface with Zoyto, Inc.
Responsibilities:
· Document business requirements for clients,
detailing technical designs (business process flows,
data modeling i.e. case analogy)
· Meet with Development and Product/Program
Management to understand their requirements
· Clearly communicate business requirements
to development staff
· Identify and document business process flow
systems and verify accuracy of those flows with individual
department heads
· Write/own detailed use cases and scenarios
· Assist with designing infrastructure for
data capture and distribution
· Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
- determine what data is captured, how will it flow
through an organization, how different applications
will share data; determine what data should be displayed
to customers, Sales, e-Care
Requirements:
· BS or equivalent in business, MIS or communications
· Understanding of technology-based product
development process
· Excellent oral and written communication
skills
· Very strong detail orientation and analytical/critical
thinking
· Experience with developing requirements and
cross system integration
· Ability to understand/analyze complex business
processes
· 2- 3 years of Systems or Business Analysis
· Experience with Visio, Rational Unified Process,
UML
