We are looking for Customer Service Representatives
(CSRs) that respond to customer service questions and
inquiries received via telephone, voice mail and/or
e-mail in regards to specific merchandise. The CSRs
will also update products purchased by our clients'
customers in a customer support database. The CSRs must
already possess knowledge of proper procedures in regards
to processing credit card and money order payments and
returns/exchanges.
The candidate should have:
· High school diploma or equivalent plus
one year relative experience
· Proven ability to perform independently with
minimal supervision
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability
to communicate verbally in a clear, audible, and grammatically
correct manner
· Ability to read and operate a computer keyboard
· Ability to type 35 words per minute
· Possess a valid driver's license and the
ability to drive an automobile
· Relative computer hardware and software experience
· Sitting required for up to 95% of the work
time
· Viewing a computer screen for up to 90% of
the work time
