Houston Fulfillment Company, Zoyto, Inc., Further Strengthens Quality Assurance Systems with New Additions to the Operational Team

Global business solutions provider of adaptive customer care and fulfillment applications, Zoyto, Inc. of Houston, continues to strengthen its quality assurance programs with the addition of a new Quality Engineering Manager and a new Inventory Analyst in operations.

Houston-based Zoyto Inc., a rapidly expanding, global business solutions provider of adaptive distribution, fulfillment, warehousing, call center support, software development and web-based services, continues to strengthen its quality assurance programs with the addition of two seasoned professionals to the operational team. The company is pleased to announce that Anthony Key and David Kay have joined the operations department. Both men are six sigma certified greenbelts. Anthony joins Zoyto as a Quality Engineering Manager and David as an Inventory Analyst.

In his position as Quality Engineering Manager Anthony is responsible for Zoyto’s Quality System maintenance and advancements. He will develop and implement continual improvement activities to enhance the quality assurance system, conduct audits and oversee team performance to ensure that Zoyto’s industry-leading standards are met.

As an Inventory Analyst David is responsible for managing the daily process that ensures Zoyto provides accurate inventory oversight and reporting for its clients. He will also be assuming all warehouse inventory control responsibilities such as cycle counting and adjustment increment/decrement accuracy. He will work closely with the production manager and warehouse staff along with Program Management groups to create continuous improvement initiatives for all client bases.

Anthony joins Zoyto from RR Donnelley Global Turnkey Solutions where he held positions as a Customer Solutions Engineer and Senior Quality Engineer. His responsibilities included identifying and implementing process improvement strategies for assembly and kitting operations as well as within the broader manufacturing supply chain. Anthony went to RR Donnelley from IBM where he was a Customer Quality Engineer in their Storage Systems Division.

Prior to joining Zoyto David was also at RR Donnelley Global Turnkey Solutions where he was responsible for all aspects of production planning and inventory analysis for several major OEM accounts. Before RR Donnelley, David was in the print production industry for 25 years. He is married and has one child. He and his wife are expecting their second child in May.
