Paperless Picking System

Zoyto’s 110,000 square feet warehousing facility is equipped with an automated carousel system, utilizing the latest in pick-by-light technology. By using paperless technology and sort-to-light technology, the stocker is directed to the proper location for inventory put away. The same analogy is being utilized during the order selection process. The order selector is directed to the proper location for the respective item picking.

Zoyto’s facility is also laid out with narrow aisle racking systems, maximizing the facilities overall warehousing space. Swing-Reach trucks operating on wire guidance systems permit accurate and quick access to larger warehoused items. Front-end order processing systems are seamlessly integrated into our Warehouse Management System (WMS) allowing for quicker fulfillment turn times.

It is these technologies that offer Zoyto the necessary fulfillment scalability and order fulfillment accuracy that are needed to accommodate the complex fulfillment requirements of our Fortune 500 clients. With the current systems in place, Zoyto can fulfill over 100,000 orders per day (order quantities vary depending on order methodologies) with a maintained order fulfillment accuracy of 99.9%.
