Order Management Systems
Order Management

Zoyto’s Order Management System is database driven and manages all of the order information that is received via an order entry.  Order processing can take place via a “blended media” approach encompassing call center, e-commerce portal, e-mail, fax, mail or orders via FTP, EDI and web services.

An Order Management System with Customized Order Processing Solutions

At Zoyto our order management system is built on over a decade of successful service for companies of all sizes combined with the latest innovations in technology and order management best practices.  But our true value as a business process provider comes in our ability to tailor our system to meet your unique objectives.  Our proven procedures ensure that your standards are exceeded and when we develop a program for you we work together to identify the specific variables such as product information, report requirements, inventory sourcing and management, vendor relationships,  promotions, customer service, order entry, transactional requirements and even returns processing.  Identifying and defining these specifics allows us to deliver exceptional service and gives you the confidence to know Zoyto will get the job done right.

Our fully integrated order management system (OMS) extends to the Warehouse Management System (WMS).  The WMS coordinates the pick, pack and ship order.  Once the order has been shipped, the Order is updated by the WMS with the necessary order and shipping information so that all data remains centralized and accessible for reporting purposes.

Orders are tracked through every stage of the order management system process with key transactional data such as order quantities, order rejections as well as order and ship confirmations.  Each Zoyto client has a dedicated Business Unit Account Team lead by a Business Unit Account Manager. That individual, as well as the production management personnel are notified of new orders via text messages that are displayed on their cell phones.  This provides management with advanced notice for any volume spikes enabling them to implement “just-in-time” personnel scheduling adjustments.
