Zoyto employs an advanced Quality Management System as a proactive approach to ensure that each service we provide achieves a consistent, yet scalable, standard of quality.  By outsourcing key business critical functions to Zoyto you are able to leverage our services and expertise to help fulfill your mission and objectives by creating strategies for improvement.

Ultimately an effective Quality Management System leads to greater profitability if it is implemented properly.  However Zoyto’s approach to QMS includes Lean 6 Sigma measurement metrics and our commitment to applying Total Quality Management principles based on ISO9000 standards to ensure consistency of results plus constantly improving procedures.

As a new client or when a new program is introduced we begin by determining the goals and objectives of the program.  This defining of the scope of project is foundational as it helps speed program implementation while maintaining cost efficiencies.  It is during this phase that deliverables are determined and timeframes for initial implementation as well as ongoing operations are defined. We also assign responsibilities and ownership of each aspect of the program among the various operational groups within Zoyto as well as define specific BOM (Bill of Materials) standards for each element, DPPM Rates, CSPs and Stop Ship/Build parameters.  This process is the same for inventory managed by Zoyto or VMI though additional procedures will be established to address elements specific to Vendor Managed Inventory. 

This is followed by the identification of the necessary data, measurement methodology and report packages for the specific program. We maintain documented ISO-compliant processes to ensure expectations are met.

Testing, under the management of a specific Quality Engineer (QE), of each process based on the pre-determined Quality Metrics begins before the program goes live and is continuous to ensure consistency and compliance as well as identify opportunities improvements.    

Regularly scheduled program review and update meetings between Zoyto and our clients helps ensure that communication is open and that each aspect is transparent, responsive and flexible.
