The system is highly adaptable and can process return requests via phone, fax, e-mail, text, as well as the web. The system gathers the necessary information from your customer and determines if the return is warranted or not. Our proprietary software system automatically issues a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) for all qualified returns. This allows you to track the merchandise throughout the entire reverse logistics cycle (receiving, disposition, and crediting) and to process your customer’s request in an efficient manner.

Zoyto’s returns center has been set-up to handle all of your returned merchandise. Our inspectors are trained to conduct a physical inspection of the unit including unit testing and possible cleaning & repackaging of the merchandise prior to reselling the product as B Stock or as refurbished merchandise on eBay.
